The Arpeggiator on the DeepMind 12 offers more modes than you'd expect. There are five different modes, a maximum range up to six octaves and 64 patterns. These can either be programmed using presets (or custom patterns). DeepMind 12 lets you make adjustments to existing patterns. DeepMind retains a great deal of control over data processing for research and development purposes in its contract with RFL. These include testing, delivering the data to clinicians, and discussing technical infrastructure. While the ICO has acknowledged some DeepMind decisions, it has not ruled in favor of stricter regulation. DeepMind ultimately has the final say. Data sharing with NHS
